Sara Smith is a fantasy illustrator known for using bright colors and playful storytelling - always looking to represent strong characters and interesting stories while keeping an image that will invoke childlike wonder in all ages. She began creating art at a young age - taking inspiration from the seashore town and forests she grew up calling home. Over time she learned to cultivate her talents and chose a path that would lead her into the “grown up” world of art.

After struggling to fit in and find a solid theme for her work, Sara chose to stick with what she knew. Her favorite subjects are scenes full of greenery and flowers. Recently, Sara has begun creating stories with her son thought up on hikes through the woods and during serious doodle sessions.
